Business Roundtable

AN EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM FROM MLTAC

What is the Business Round Table?
Founded in 1993, The Business Round Table (BRT) is one of the many benefits of membership in the Minneapolis Life Time Athletic Club.

The BRT small-group settings encourage networking, professional support, personal growth and social opportunities with other MLTAC members within a confidential, relaxed environment.

How it works
The Business Round Table (BRT) is organized into groups of 12-15 members. Each group is designed to represent a diverse but compatible mix of businesses and services, as well as occupations and interests. There are two Roundtable sessions each year—one beginning in September and one in February with eight to ten meetings each session. The groups are reorganized each session and begin with a kickoff breakfast featuring a well-known speaker.

A volunteer chairperson facilitates the meetings, coordinates the agenda and promotes membership involvement. During the course of a BRT session, participants have the opportunity to showcase themselves and their business or interests.

Each BRT group meets on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday every other week from 7:30 am until 9 am. Meetings occur and breakfast is served in one of the executive dining rooms of the MLTAC.

Both Athletic and Athletic Executive members of MLTAC are eligible to participate in the Business Roundtable programs and events.

There is a $100 participation fee for each fall and spring session, which covers all expenses including breakfast. Each member may bring one guest per session for an $8 fee.
